Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of goods by YouNutri (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to you (“you”, “your”, “customer”) via our Shopify-powered website.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Interpretation & Who We Are

1.1 “Goods” means the products we offer for sale on our website.
1.2 “Website” means our online store hosted via Shopify at www.younutri.com 
1.3 We are Maxxi Retail Ltd, trading as, YouNutri, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 12920549, whose registered office is: 137 Keppoch Street, Cardiff, UK, CF24 3JU. VAT number: 400972322.
1.4 Payments are processed via Shopify Payments or other integrated payment providers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms apply to all orders placed by you through the Website.
2.2 By placing an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts (age 18+).
2.3 If you do not accept these Terms, you must not place an order.

3. Your Account

3.1 You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
3.3 We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

4. Product Information

4.1 We aim to describe all Goods accurately, but minor variations or errors may occur.
4.2 Product specifications and prices may change without notice.
4.3 Colours may vary slightly due to device display differences.
4.4 If an error is found after ordering, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 All prices shown include UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
5.3 Payment must be made in full at checkout.
5.4 We accept payment by major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other authorised methods.
5.5 Additional verification may be required for high-value orders.

6. Order Acceptance & Contract

6.1 Your order is an offer to purchase Goods.
6.2 A binding contract is formed when you receive our Order Confirmation email.
6.3 If we cannot accept your order (e.g. out of stock, payment issue, or pricing error), we will notify you and refund any payment.

7. Delivery & Risk

7.1 We deliver to the address provided at checkout, typically within 3–5 working days.
7.2 Risk passes to you upon delivery; ownership transfers once full payment is received.
7.3 If you fail to take delivery or provide incorrect information, additional costs may apply.
7.4 If Goods appear lost, damaged, or delayed, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.

8. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

8.1 Your legal right to cancel:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your Goods.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return them. We will refund you (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your return.
Exclusions: Sealed or perishable Goods that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

8.2 Faulty or misdescribed Goods:
If your Goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8.3 How to return:
Email us at help@younutri.com to arrange a return. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging unless faulty. You are responsible for return postage unless agreed otherwise.

8.4 Subscription / recurring orders:
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations stop future charges but do not affect Goods already dispatched.

9. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

·       Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

·       Interfere with the Website’s operation or security

·       Copy or exploit Website content or Goods without written permission

10. Intellectual Property

All Website content (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to YouNutri or its licensors.
You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter not legally excludable.
11.2 Subject to that:

·       We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; and

·       Our total liability will not exceed the total price you paid for the Goods.
11.3 We are not responsible for temporary Website downtime or data loss beyond our control.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, or supply chain disruptions.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
By placing an order, you consent to this processing and confirm that all information provided is accurate.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Updates apply to future orders only.
Your continued use of our Website implies acceptance of any revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any related contract are governed by English and Welsh law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 If any clause is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in force.
16.2 Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
16.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us and you.
